It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use, occupy, or obstruct any of the streets, alleys or public places within the corporate limits of the city of Aberdeen, for the purpose of the advertising, sale, or distribution of any goods, wares or merchandise; it being the intent of this chapter to prohibit what is commonly known as street merchants and street fakirs.
