No person, as principal, agent, employer, employee or assistant, shall, within the city of Aberdeen In any street, avenue, alley or public place, or any unenclosed place, or any tent or like temporary structure, engage in the practice of medicine, surgery or dentistry, or make any examination or diagnosis, or administer any treatment or perform any operation, in the practice of medicine, surgery or dentistry.
