Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof. shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment in the city jail of the city of Aberdeen for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
