There are hereby imposed additional business license fees and regulations upon businesses and occupations regulated by sections 5.10.190, 5.10.200, and 5.10.210, and Chapter 5.06 in order to protect the public safety and welfare. The business license fee applicable to each type of business is due and payable on an annual basis, unless otherwise provided, and must be paid prior to the issuance of a city business license.
