In addition to any annual fees or application fees payable to the Washington State Department of Revenue for annual licenses, a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) application fee must be paid by the applicant before any annual business license will be issued, and a fifteen dollar ($15.00) application fee must be paid by the applicant before any temporary business license will be issued by the finance director. The application fee shall be required in addition to any other license fee or tax required by this code.
