3.100.120 Proceeds of assessments.

The finance department shall keep a separate accounting of the proceeds of the assessments from the downtown parking and business improvement district. Expenditures of the proceeds of the assessment shall be made at the discretion of the city council for the purposes specified in this chapter and as authorized by RCW 35.87A.
