2.40.050 Powers – Duties.

The commission shall have all of the powers and perform each and all of the duties specified by Chapter 35.63 RCW including the preparation of a comprehensive plan zoning ordinance and critical areas ordinance to be recommended to the city council.

The planning commission shall have all of the powers and perform each and all of the duties specified by RCW 35.63, as amended, specifically including the preparation of a comprehensive plan and zoning ordinance to be recommended to the city council. (Prior code § 1.29.050)
