The city of Aberdeen may require that the applicant enter into a concomitant agreement with the city as a condition of the rezone and may, through that agreement, impose conditions designed to mitigate potential impacts of the rezone and the development pursuant to the rezone. After approval, all concomitant agreements shall be filed for record with the real property records of the Grays Harbor County Auditor. All concomitant agreements filed for record shall contain a legal description of the real property to which they apply.
