A. The minimum required parking spaces for the various uses shall be as listed in Sections 17.60.030 through 17.60.070. Where the requirements produce a fractional result, the number shall be increased to the next highest unit. The parking requirement for a use not specifically mentioned in this chapter shall be the same as the use which is most similar. In the case of mixed uses, the total requirement of parking shall be the sum of the requirements of the various uses computed separately.

B. All proposed new or altered parking areas within the city shall adhere to low impact development (LID) requirements in accordance with Section 13.70.130.
