17.56.040 Beauty shops.

Beauty shops may be permitted in a residential zone subject to obtaining a home occupation permit and compliance with the conditions of Section 17.56.030 for home occupation and subject to compliance with the following additional conditions:
A. No more than one licensed operator may be employed in the home occupation and the licensed operator shall be a member of the resident family.
B. Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in addition to any other required parking for the residence, with the number of spaces determined by the number of customers using the shop at any given time. The number of required parking spaces shall be included as a condition of permit issuance.
