17.52.200 Permitted uses within manufactured home subdivisions.
Permitted uses within the manufactured home subdivisions include:
A. New and used manufactured homes;
B. Accessory buildings;
C. Recreational facilities and parks serving residents;
D. Retail sales serving developments greater than two hundred (200) units and no greater in area than five percent of the total development, including required parking;
E. Home occupations in accordance with Section 17.56.030 and beauty shops in accordance with Section 17.56.040.
Prior to the adoption of 6379 on 04/27/2005, Section 17.52.200 read as follows.
Permitted uses within the mobile home subdivisions include:
A. Mobile homes;
B. Accessory buildings;
C. Recreational facilities and parks serving residents;
D. Retail sales serving developments greater than two hundred (200) units and no greater in area than five percent of the total development, including required parking;
E. Home occupations in accordance with Section 17.56.030 and beauty shops in accordance with Section 17.56.040. (Prior code § 11.018.350)
