Manufactured home subdivisions shall be a special use in the single-family residential zoning district (R-S) and multiple-family residential zoning district (R-M).

Mobile home subdivisions shall be a special use in the single-family residential zoning district (R-S) and multiple-family residential zoning district (R-M). (Prior code § 11.018.330)
