A. Buffer Required. An adequate landscaped buffer or screen shall be required around the perimeter of the park as specified by the board of adjustment.

B. Ground Cover Required. Lawn or other suitable ground cover shall be required on all areas except those covered by structures, by paved or surfaced areas, and by planting beds. Also excepted are undisturbed areas such as ravines and streams which are preserved in their natural state.

C. Recreation Area Required. Not less than five hundred (500) square feet per mobile home site shall be provided for recreational space; provided, however, that no outdoor recreation area shall contain less than two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet.
