16.16.060 Street system.

A. Internal access roads shall meet the following requirements:
1. Internal access roads shall be privately owned and constructed, and shall be maintained free of cracks, holes and other hazards;
2. All roads and parking lots shall be adequately lighted at night.
B. Paving Required. All park streets and access roads shall be graded and paved with a crushed rock base and asphaltic concrete blacktop, or concrete surfacing to the requirements of the city engineer's office.
C. All mobile home park proposals shall be approved by the fire department.
