13.64.010 Senior citizens—Reduced rate purpose and applicability.

The purpose of this chapter is to implement RCW 74.38.070 by providing for reduced water and sewer utility service rates for eligible customers who are low-income senior citizens, by means of a discount on monthly fixed base rates. These provisions shall supplement the relevant chapters providing for water and sewer rates.
