Prior to the adoption of 6351 on 02/25/2004, Section 13.60.030 read as follows.
Effective June 1, 1994, the standard metered rate, but no less than two hundred dollars ($200.00), shall be charged for temporary connections for circuses, carnivals, cisterns or tanks. (Prior code § 10.20.030)
