Temporary connections for circuses, carnivals, cisterns, tanks, or similar uses shall be charged a minimum fixed rate of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and the additional consumption metered charges in Section 13.60.010.

Prior to the adoption of 6351 on 02/25/2004, Section 13.60.020 read as follows.

A. The rates for water used within the corporate limits of the city by meter, according to the reading, shall be as follows:

B. Unit charges for commercial accounts with meter sizes larger than three-fourths-inch diameter are as listed above, except minimum consumption levels are as follows:

C. The metered rate for collectively metered multiple family dwellings, mobile home parks, and housing projects shall be in accordance with subsection (B) of this section.

D. Temporary vacancies of individual living units of multiple family dwellings shall not affect the minimum charge stated herein; provided, that if a living unit is permanently discontinued within the multiple family dwelling, the owner may apply, in writing, to the water superintendent stating that the number of living units has been reduced.

E. It shall also be the owner's responsibility to notify the water superintendent of an increase in the number of living units. (Prior code § 10.20.020)
