Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in a sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00); for each day that any of the provisions of this chapter remain uncomplied with shall be deemed a separate offense.
