All plans for cesspools or septic tanks hereafter constructed shall be submitted to the plumbing inspector for acceptance before a permit is issued for plumbing. All work from fixtures to such cesspools or septic tanks must conform to the same specifications and rules as are now, or may hereafter be, made applicable in sewer districts of the city.
