A. Load Limit. It is unlawful for any truck exceeding ten thousand pounds gross weight to be operated at a speed in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour on Evans Street between Curtis and Cedar Streets.

B. Posting of Signs. The street department, under the direction and supervision of the city engineer, shall establish all necessary signs, signals and other traffic markings necessary to carry out the provisions of this section.

C. Penalty for Violations. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), by imprisonment in the city jail for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
