10.32.070 Violation of Section 10.32.060—Penalty.

Any person violating Section 10.32.060 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by thirty (30) days imprisonment in the city jail or by both such fine and imprisonment.
