For good cause shown and upon terms the court deems just, the court may set aside a judgment entered upon a failure to appear in accordance with procedures established by the court rules for setting aside judgments for failure to appear in traffic infraction cases. A motion to set aside the judgment must be made within ninety (90) days after entry of the judgment.
