A. A notice of infraction represents a determination that an infraction has been committed. The determination will be final unless contested as provided in this chapter.

B. The notice of infraction shall be in substantially the same form and content as the notice of traffic infraction prescribed by state law and/or court rule, except that the provisions relating to nonrenewal of a driver's license will not apply unless authorized by state law.
